LogisticsInformation for presenters Oral presentations: For each presentation there is a 15 minute time slot reserved in the program. Please limit your presentation to approx. 10 minutes to allow 4 minutes for questions and 1 minute for transition to the next speaker. Scientific progress within the community through lively discussions is key to this workshop! We have set up an upload server, where you can drop your presentation files. The link to the upload site has been communicated via email on January-22. Please upload your presentation by 2pm on the day before your session starts following the file naming convention [session]_[surname].[ext], e.g. S2.2_NAAIM.pdf. Accepted file formats are pdf and ppt/pptx. Poster presentations: The poster boards measure 90cm in width x 120 cm in height, suited to accomodate posters up to DIN A0 portrait format. All posters will be on display during all three poster sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Presenters will find the number of their poster board in the conference program. Please mount your poster in accordance with this numbering. Note that we will be running a poster contest to award the best poster presentaton by an early career scientist. Posters with the presenting author* being registered as an early career scientist automatically enter the contest (*according to the the printed program). The winner of the poster contest will be awarded during the closing event on Thursday afternoon.
Ice breaker event and conference dinner Ice breaker event: The event will take place on Tuesday at Le Martin's cafe starting 6pm. The cafe is within 15 minutes walking distance from the conference venue at 401 Av. de la Bibliothèque, 38400 Saint-Martin-d'Hères (see map below). Be prepared to leave straight after session 1.4 which will end 5:45pm. Conference dinner: The restaurant Ciel Rooftop on the foothills of the famous Bastille will host us for the conference dinner, while offering a stunning view on Grenoble. The restaurant is located at 17 Rue Maurice Gignoux, 38000 Grenoble (see map below), where we will gather on Wednesday at 7pm.
